When you place an order and choose to pick it up and pay in cash, we are assuming that this will be the case. Please let us know in advance if you will not be able to pick it up or pay in cash. Otherwise, you will be required to pay the full amount of your order even if you do not come to pick it up.

Backer Artisan Bakery, through various shipping companies, delivers your order to the address you specify within 1 to 6 business days, providing nationwide coverage in Ecuador.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Backer Artisan Bakery does not accept product returns.

Dear Customer:

We collect personal information from our customers for promotional purposes only. With prior customer authorization, we contact you via email, SMS, and direct mail. Customer information is collected through in-store raffles and contests, website registration, point-of-sale registration, and activities with brand followers on social media.

The communications sent to customers will include welcome emails to the newsletter database with product information, birthday messages, information about special events and promotional activities, messages on special dates, and other communications containing product or promotional information.

Customer information will not be used for any purpose other than those mentioned above and will be used exclusively by us.

All emails include an unsubscribe option, allowing customers to opt out of receiving future emails via email. To unsubscribe from other channels, please contact our customer service department.
